It was the "young man always on hp" and I confirmed with him that he will lock it when he leaves.

Skip number

Day 2 early rain

I woke up in the dark, hearing the rain outside. I guess the time to be around 4am? The rain only stopped at around 7.15am. Will the site be all wet and is flooded? I can only wonder.

We did not go to the site in the morning. We only went there at around 4.55pm and saw the workers (4c - 3 workers, 1 is the supervisor - he seemed fresh) preparing to leave. We waited until all of them left before taking photos of the site.

All the roof tiles and roof beams (the entire roof) have been removed. There is a lot of rubble in the last back ten. While taking the photos, I noticed that the skip in front is bigger so they have removed the first skip. Looking at the walls revealed, there is only 1 layer of brick wall between two houses. I wonder should we build our own walls.

Water is flowing in the drain like waterfall. We turned off the water mains but yet the water is still flowing. I can only wonder how much our water bill will be for this month.

Spotted

The modern reno look - grey, glass, metal. The grey is too dark for me. I would prefer a brighter colour.

Back door

I would like a outer metal sliding door like this for the back of the house.

Spiral stairs

If all is well with the location and place, may consider putting in a spiral staircase up to the top of the car porch after 10 years.
