2. Waited until 8.45am but still no sign of C so we left. Saw a man walking around as exercise.

1. Main purpose is to talk to C about:
- the existing wall is protruding out of the new door frame
-- his solution is to scrap off all the existing plaster on those walls with door frames.

2. Middle sdoor is too low claimed K but C said to do a slopping floor leading to it. (we thought of making a step down in the corridor before it)

3. Work will be done to cast the supporting walls around the sdoors.
4. K asked about the naco windows which C answered.

Work started for 2 months already. 2 more months to go!

- the 18 divider wall has been extended all the way to the front of the rc porch, not plastered yet
- many bags of cement on site
2. Called C to arrange to meet on site (seems like he is too busy to visit today)
3. Update the plumber on the wet area tap change of position and tap of wet kitchen (150mm+..)
4. Water proofing will be done on front rc porch today
5. At the back rc side will 16 have been extended and plastered nicely after it was brought up yesterday

Wdy 48 (d56) Lay roof tiles cont'

1. Noticed that for the part of the roof facing west, the roof tiles have been completed except for a column near 16
2. A few columns near 18 have been done for the part of the roof facing east
3. Cut the roof tiles to fit the final column.
4. Work continues on laying the roof tiles despite slight drizzle

We assume that this is a rest day for the workers as we did not visit the site at all. Went for lights shopping instead.

1. Both electricians were there drilling holes for the electricity wires.
2. All wet works workers were on the roof stacking up the roof tiles.
3. Saw them leaving for lunch at 12pm.
4. G noticed those battens that have been cut and welded look like going rusty so he called and requested C to ensure that these are painted over again.
5. Went to KM to look at tiles and taps.

- complete laying bricks on both sides 16 and 18 of the original ventilation blocks by topping up - I think the brick is pressing on the electric wires.
- started to plaster the external walls of the courtyard.
- drilling the surface of the wet cubicles to roughen the surface
- notice the floor trap of the shower cubicle is in the middle and not near the door
- inform need for computer ducting hole from living to mbr
- notice metal foil flapping in the wind and one part is jutting out

1. C, plumber and electricians already there.
2. No workers in sight because all of them are on the roof plastering 18 side.
3. Inner bricks nearly up.
4. Give high level specs to 2 electricians and plumber. C left before talk with plumber.
5. Was told they use Mega - is it this?
6. Saw that the toilet sewerage pipe has been done - at around 25cm so after tiling so more or less fit 22cm but the plumber does not think it is an issue
7. The overflow tank metal cover is now broken and the tank is now exposed with soil in it. The overflow pipe is blocked by the soil so have to bring this up to C.
8. The ventilation pipe for the toilet has been put in place piercing through the metal deck roof.
9. A drain has been dug in the courtyard area.

1. Called C to wait for us (he was at site at the time of the call). All working on a public holiday.
2. Workers are furiously bricking up the top parts of the courtyard and also the MBR.
3. Saw some pipes for sewerage in the back ten.
4. Climbed up the back ten rc roof and took some photos of the roof from the back.
5. Ledges all around for the back window have been casted with wood frames support still in place.

1. Went after brunch, lucky to be there at that time when IWK lorry came and the IWK person-in-charged called me to ensure that I am there and asked me to remove the roof lorry parked in the back lane. Saw the desludging in action.
2. The front facing roof has been fully covered with metal deck and they are putting the double sided metal foil up for the front facing roof.
3. Then they started putting up the metal deck for the back portion.
4. Door frame for MBR is in.
5. Putting up the last part of bricks on top of wall divider to 18.
6. Back door way has been cut to bigger size all the way down except for the last brick.
7. Chat to a Mrs L tenant of the row rental costs RM650. Said some bought 260 and do only a little. Said one changed only roof for 20. Said one wanting to sell for 300. Has daughter and son and grandchildren.
8. Y called to tell about courtyard don't over cover with metal deck.

1. Went for breakfast at 6.30am and were the first ones to reach the site, just in time to see AK and a thin young iman came in.
2. C then came and we chose the colour of satin leather rather then grey
3. The dividing wall of the storeroom and wet kitchen is up with the metal door frame in place.
4. The new door way of the 2nd room has been created by knocking a hole in the wall but the old doorway has not been bricked up yet.
5. The ventilation bricks on top of the existing door way of the new 2nd room have been removed but not bricked up yet.
6. Still putting up the top of the separator wall of 18.
7. Started putting up the bare brick walls of the living room.
8. Called IWK to come and do desludging.
9. Digging toilet pathways.

4. Lined the wash area door way with perforated 90 degree line strips.
5. One mroof installer joining up 3 feet to the existing 20 feet mild steel.

4. At around 9.30am two men came to work on the mild steel roof truss
5. 9.40am secman came to give the quote. More discussion.
6. Discuss with C and decided to switch place of wc and shower. Wc next to 18 instead of shower stall.

5. Went in to have a look and feel. Wash area felt small. Common area is spacious.
6. Need to change folding doors to open indoor and cover the whole opening framed by concrete pillars.
7. Called secdoor to postpone 16 date delivery because we think it is better to have the roof up before putting in the secdoors.
