Laundry room

I like the look of this laundry area - clean-lined and bright. I do not need the builtin cabinets - just a IKEA udden with sink. I also do not need the top shelves but it would be nice to have a bar on the wall for hanging clothes.

Rust so quickly

Basic questions

1. Is the foundation structurally sound - strong and stable?
2. Are the walls and load bearing beams/walls structurally sound - strong and stable?
3. Is the septic tank structurally sound - strong and stable?
4. Can the structure support the load of metal roof trusses and new roof tiles?
5. Can the structure support a concrete roof?
6. Which walls/beams are the load bearing ones?
7. Are there any walls that can't be reused due to being heavily infested with mold?
